Chemical, physical and eletrical tests of the product in specialized laboratories;

Our products based on polyester reinforced with glass fiber are available in two forms for molding by compression, injection or transfer process. Meridian also supplies these materials to be molded at the customer facilities.

We have painting lines that meet the auto makers techinical requeriments. Our static painting assures an appearence surface of high quality for large parts.

Our laboratories are equipped to meet the current needs of market development. We are ready to carry out physical, electric and mechanical tests, in accordance to serveral national and international standards.

The compositions and formulations proposals are tested and evaluated before the production. The analysis of materials as well as the physical-electrical evaluation are performed in our laboratory by organized and independent tests.

The pultrusion process allows the production of continuous shapes and with a large varied forms.

We are equipped with molding machines by injection, compression, transfer, (varying from 40 to 1000 tons). Our long experience with inserted molding enables us to eliminate many secondary operations.
